We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains our return, refund, and return-shipping process.
1. Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Return requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
In original new condition
Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging
In resalable condition
We accept eligible returns for reasons such as size, color, style, fit, or change of mind, subject to the conditions in this policy.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Used, worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged items
Items missing original tags, labels, or packaging
Final sale, clearance, or promotional items
Personalized or custom-made products
Personal care, hygiene, intimate apparel, underwear, bodysuits, or similar items
Gift cards

Important: Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Please write your order number clearly on the outside of the package or include it inside the return package for faster processing.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, including size, color, style, or fit, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For defective, damaged, or wrong items, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we may provide a prepaid return label, reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, offer a replacement, or issue a refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. VELNARE is not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Return Process
To request a return, please email us at service@velnare.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
The item you want to return
The reason for return
Photos of the item, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Our support team will review your request and respond with return instructions within 1 business day.
After your return is approved, please ship the item to the return address provided in our instructions.
7. Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
After the refund is processed, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or payment provider.
8. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@velnare.com with your order number and clear photos.
After verification, we will help resolve the issue as soon as possible through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order.
10. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@velnare.com.
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
