We currently ship only to the continental United States.
We do not ship to:

Other U.S. territories
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
P.O. Boxes
International destinations outside the United States
If your shipping address is not serviceable, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Chinese and U.S. holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer.

4. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Time
For orders shipped to the continental United States:
Standard Shipping for orders $0.00-$69.99:
Shipping Cost: $8.00
Estimated Transit Time After Shipment: 7-20 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time From Order Date: 10-25 business days
Standard Shipping for orders $70.00 and above:
Shipping Cost: Free
Estimated Transit Time After Shipment: 7-20 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time From Order Date: 10-25 business days
Total delivery time includes order processing time and shipping transit time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or peak-season volume.
5. Free Shipping
Orders totaling $70.00 or more before tax qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
Orders under $70.00 will be charged $8.00 for standard shipping.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
6. Taxes, Duties, and Additional Fees
All prices are listed in USD.
Applicable sales tax may be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.
VELNARE does not charge hidden handling fees after checkout. If any additional tax, duty, or government-required fee is applicable, it will be displayed at checkout when required by the payment or checkout system.
7. Tracking Information
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
You can track your package using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or through our Track Your Order page.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect address information.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
However, if your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at service@velnare.com with your order number and tracking information. We will assist you in contacting the carrier and finding a suitable solution.
